3 x falafeleat mix tubs - 500g each. Vegan and gluten free. Ingredients - chickpeas, onions, water, herbs, baking powder, salt & spices and nothing else. Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days, or freeze for later use for up to 12 weeks.
4 x pita bread packs (4x pita per pack/ aprox 350g). Vegan. Ingredients - wheat flour (gluten), raisin juice (raisin fruit, sunflower oil), water, salt, sugar, yeast, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, acid. Keep sealed in a bag in a cool dry place for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 12 weeks for later use.
