We post your order to you every Thursday with a 24 hour courier service - your order will normally be delivered between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. the following day. If possible, the driver is instructed to leave your parcel somewhere safe if you are out. Please use the comment box to tell us where you would like us to leave it when placing your order & remember if they are perishble goods keep in a cool dry place & refrigerate on receipt.

Very occasionally, particularly close to Christmas, our couriers will extend their delivery window to cope with increased workload and traffic. We would therefore always suggest that if you need the items for a particular event; consider taking delivery plenty in advance.  Click for more information

Products that can be, are quickly frozen after making to seal in the flavour & freshness as well as to extend their shelf life.

We carefully package everything ourselves into specially designed boxes* that are stronger than avarge and are lined to protect &  maintain your products' temperature for up to 48 hours. So your purchase will be safe and at the right temperature during transit. But this means you may get your dishes partly frozen or thawed on the day. To use the same day, allow the dish to thaw completely in the fridge, or place back in to the freezer for later use.

When you receive your order please check it. Despite our efforts things may go wrong. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will always do our best to help - from contacting the courier to a full refund - case by case consideration, conclusion and resolution.

Our falafelel mix is freshly made and ready to use.

It comes in a tub (500g aprox) . It will make about 16 Falafel balls (if using our large falafel maker) and 4-5  Falafeleat burgers - great as part of a mezze meal, for a pita filling, sandwiches, salads, lunch boxes and picnics...

Where does Falafel come from? - Falafel is the most popular street food throughout the Middle East. It is believed to have been invented in Ancient Egypt, but some place it on the subcontinent of India, which is known until today for its delicious chickpea-based dishes.

What is falafel made of? - There’s a different falafel recipe for every region of the Middle East.  Most include soaked chickpeas or broad beans, coriander, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Other ingredients sometimes found are onions, parsley, paprika and sesame seeds. Soaked bread and baking soda are often used to make it more airy.

Nutrition - contains protein, complex carbohydrates, fibre, and nutrients. When served with my speciality toppings in a pita bread it makes a sandwich full of flavour and goodness…
