8 x pita bread packs (4x pita per pack/ aprox 350g). Vegan. Ingredients - wheat flour (gluten), raisin juice (raisin fruit, sunflower oil), water, salt, sugar, yeast, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, acid. Keep sealed in a bag in a cool dry place for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 12 weeks for later use.
