Pita bread  has its roots in the prehistoric flatbreads of the Middle East.

Made correctly it has a deliciously soft texture and it is great for dipping and filling.

Our quality pita needs warming up to be finished off to open into a pocket. Use a toaster on a low to medium seting or a dry non stick pan over a medium flame. When you receive your order please check it. Despite our efforts things may go wrong do not hesitate to contact us, we will always do our best to help. However we can't take responsibility for the box once it has left us and in transit as it is simply out of our hands.  

Products that can be, are quickly frozen after making to seal in the flavour & freshness as well as to extend their shelf life.

We post your order to you after carefully packaging it ourselves in to specially lined boxes to keep it safe and at the right temperature when it gets to you.

This means you may get your dishes partly frozen or thawed but always in the temperature safe zone. It also means we don't have to add chilling packs to your box when it isn't necessary - which reduce the size & weight of your parcel, its environmental foot print and your cost!

Simply allow the dish to thaw completely in the fridge, or place back in to the freezer for later use.
