An Egyptian style mix of roast nuts, seeds and spices. Traditionaly added to salads, sprinkled on to fried eggs & / or roast vegetables for extra texture & flavour. I also use it to sprinkle on top of hummus or tahina and some times on to an open sandwich - Crean cheese tomato and olive oil or avocado with lemon and chili flakes.
